Wahl der Promovierendenvertretung
Liebe Promovierende,
ich m��chte noch einmal auf die bevorstehende Wahl Ihrer Interessenvertretung im Juni aufmerksam machen.
Die Pr��fung der individuellen Wahlberechtigung kann online im LSF ��ber die Funktion ���Wahlberechtigungen anzeigen��� erfolgen (bis 13.5. 12h). Eine kurze Anleitung befindet sich auf der Webseite https://www.ovgu.de/wahlen.html. Die Auflage erfolgt au��erdem im Wahlamt der Universit��t, im Geb��ude 06 Raum 110 / 114, t��glich von 9 - 12 und 13 - 15 Uhr.
Eingeschriebene Doktorand*innen nehmen ihr Wahlrecht grunds��tzlich in der Statusgruppe der Studierenden wahr. F��r Doktorand*innen, die gleichzeitig Angeh��rige der Statusgruppe der wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter*innen sind, besteht die M��glichkeit, den Wechsel in die Statusgruppe der wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter*innen zu beantragen. Ein entsprechender Optionsantrag befindet sich ebenfalls auf der Internetseite des Wahlamts.
In diesem Jahr werden zum ersten Mal die Promovierendenvertretungen der Fakult��ten gew��hlt. Wahlberechtigte werden gebeten, Ihre Eintragung in das W��hlendenverzeichnis zu pr��fen. Gerne k��nnen Sie die Information an externe Promovierende, die diese Nachricht ��ber den Personal- oder Studierendenverteiler nicht erhalten, weiterleiten. Wahlberechtigte ohne aktiven Account wenden sich zur Kl��rung der technischen Voraussetzungen bitte bis zum 13.05.2022 an das Wahlamt der Universit��t.
Die Wahlberechtigten der Universit��t k��nnen, wenn sie das W��hlendenverzeichnis f��r unrichtig oder unvollst��ndig halten, dessen Berichtigung w��hrend der Dauer der Auflegung beim Wahlamt beantragen. Der Antrag ist schriftlich zu stellen und die erforderlichen Beweise sind beizubringen, sofern die behaupteten Tatsachen nicht amtsbekannt oder offenkundig sind. Nach Ablauf der Auflegungsfrist ist ein Antrag auf Berichtigung oder Erg��nzung der W��hlendenverzeichnisse nicht mehr zul��ssig.
Ganz wichtig: Gesucht werden Kandidat*innen f��r die Wahl der Promovierendenvertretung. Zwischen dem 16.5. und 25.05. (13h) k��nnen Wahlvorschl��ge eingereicht werden.

Dear PhD students,
I would like to draw your attention once again to the upcoming election of your representation of interests in June.
You can check your individual eligibility to vote online in the LSF by using the function "Online-Wahlen" (by Noon, May 13!). Brief instructions are located on the website at https://www.ovgu.de/wahlen.html. The list is also available at the University Election Office, in Building 06 Room 110 / 114, daily from 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 3 pm.
Enrolled doctoral students generally take their right to vote in the status group of students. Doctoral students who are also members of the status group of scientific employees have the possibility to apply for a change to the status group of scientific employees. A corresponding option application can also be found on the website of the Election Office.
This year, the doctoral representatives of the faculties will be elected for the first time. Eligible voters are asked to check their registration in the electoral roll. Please feel free to forward this information to external doctoral students who do not receive this message via the staff or student mailing list. Eligible voters without an active account should contact the University Elections Office by May 13, 2022 for clarification of technical requirements.
Eligible voters of the University may, if they consider the electoral roll to be inaccurate or incomplete, request its correction during the period of posting at the Elections Office. The request shall be made in writing and the necessary evidence shall be provided unless the alleged facts are known to the office or are obvious. After the expiry of the period of publication, a request for correction or amendment of the electoral rolls is no longer admissible.
Very important: We are looking for candidates for the election of the doctoral students' representation. Between May 16 ��and 25 ��(1:00 p.m.) election proposals can be submitted.
