Then come to this year's Ladies Night at OVGU on 23.04.2024 at 5 pm at the Max Planck Institute Magdeburg and get to know prospective and established female scientists and engineers to learn more about the exciting everyday working life in the field of engineering. Scientists and engineers will present their individual career paths and show you what opportunities the future holds for you.

What we offer on Girls & Boys Day

We cordially invite all students who would like to gain their first practical experience in the STEM fields at OVGU to our Girl's & Boy's Day on Thursday, April 25, 2024. On this day, you will have the opportunity to get to know the study programs of engineers, computer scientists, mathematicians, physicians, etc.

Hands-on chemistry

The Faculty of Process Engineering offers a varied program as part of the Ladies Night 2024 and gives you an insight into possible areas of work such as science, laboratory, but also administration.

Dr.-Ing. Nicole Vorhauer-Huget and her colleague Luise Blach invite schoolgirls to get to know their departments better through process engineering and chemical processes and to show various experiments.

Upcoming events

23.04.2024 - Ladies Night 2024 from 5 pm at the Max-Planck-Institute in Sandtorstraße 1 in Magdeburg. Snacks, drinks and musical accompaniment will be provided.

25.04.2024 - From 8 am Dr.-Ing. Nicole Vorhauer-Huget and Luise Blach invite schoolgirls to OVGU to get to know their departments as part of Girl's & Boy's Day.
